PATENTED CLAIM PLOTTING

Depending on what historical documentation is available, a map of a patented mining claim and digital delivery of the documentation could cost as little as $200.  Your cost would increase depending on whether you require all historical documents, and also on whether the historical survey tie is adequate. Some historical documents are not readily available and must be ordered from the Bureau of Land Management, or from County offices.

On small claim plotting jobs, I will review available documentation and provide an estimate. Larger jobs will be billed at $75.00 per hour, plus expenses, which would include travel and field expenses.

UNPATENTED CLAIM PLOTTING

Drafting of county and BLM filing maps of unpatented claims will be billed at $75.00 per hour, plus minor office expenses, and paper plotting, copy, and shipping fees.  Preparation of Location Certificates will be billed at the same hourly rate.

MAPPING OF EXISTING CLAIMS, ROADS, DRILL HOLES, etc.

Field mapping of existing claims or features will be billed at $75.00 per hour, plus expenses, which would include travel and field expenses.  In rough or remote terrain a field hand may be required at additional cost to the client.

CLAIM STAKING

Claim staking of small claim blocks will be billed at $650.00 per day, plus expenses.  Larger claim blocks will be billed at $650.00 per day in difficult environments, or bid on a per-claim basis when access and terrain permits.

REAL ESTATE MAPS

Drafting of real estate maps will be billed at $75.00 per hour, plus expenses.  Expenses will generally be limited to copy fees, and the time expended for research and pickup and delivery of documents.  In most cases there should be no expenses.
